Return & Exchange Policy
At our clothing store, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear.
If you are exchanging an item, we'll send out the replacement item once we receive the original item back in our warehouse.
Please also note that we cannot refund or exchange items that were purchased during a sale or promotional period. All sales during those times are final. If you have any questions or concerns about our return or exchange policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
